Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I get antsy about anything that involves me asking somebody for something that I need and they don't have to give me.

I'm going to take a stand and say that I don't want anyone to pay me to do anything!

Wait, no... I want someone to pay me to do absolutely nothing at all, no strings attached. That's my dream job.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Get dressed, Heather, and congratulations on the choice of jobs. Which one do you want? I mean, really want to go to every day?

I suppose I won't know until after the interview, but right now the non-profit is in the lead with exciting job a close second.

I should stop counting chickens.

Am now dressed, now must put on makeup and get out the door.

I want someone to pay me to do absolutely nothing at all, no strings attached.

Wait, no... I want someone to pay me to do absolutely nothing at all, no strings attached.

Being solicitous towards a bigwig whose project you resent while under the influence of snot and drugs is a little nervewracking.

I think the mysterious rose on my desk is starting to get wilty.

I should promise porn? (Actually, I don't even know what cousinjean wrote. But let's be honest here, when I write fanfiction, I mean porn.)

I think it's lovely you got a rose. I got a mysterious Gollum. No one ever owned up to that. But he's magnetic, and can hang upside down.

And -- pre-wilted.

I have to write a difficult e-mail. I've been avoiding it since I got back from lunch.

Sorry, Fay just got that job.

Mmm, that turkey club sandwich was expensive but so exactly what I wanted. Triple decker on toasted rye (big slices), roasted turkey (the good kind where it looks like it was carved off an actual turkey breast), bacon, LT and avocado.
