Ok, then thoughts on the following letter sent to a homemaker's advice column:
"How do you remove an awful smell out of your microwave? I found a dead starfish on the beach and brought it home. It was very wet and I thought placing it in the microwave for a few minutes would help. The starfish exploded on my second attempt to dry it."
The question is, should all starfish be required to carry a warning label, "DO NOT HEAT IN MICROWAVE"?

The warning labels would only be necessary in the litigious US.
Though now I'm wondering why it exploded? Is it because of the exoskeleton? like the shell on an egg if you microwave it?

I could smell the Simi wildfires from Santa Monica. These events are shared. Luckily I can't smell this one. Which means it's not huge, hopefully. Or maybe it's just a wind thing.

I was just playing with one of those today. She didn't even pretend she was going to keep the pictures I took, although I think they were spirited and artistic.
