It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Now I remember what I came here for.

God bless the buddy action genre.

If I recall correctly, Starsky and Hutch was darned near the beginning of the buddy genre. I remember an article back then talking about how innovative it was to show partners as devoted friends.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

If, however, I had a student that tried to use the text to prove that Shakespeare was a Scientologist, I would try to talk them out of interpreting the text that way.

As if the space clam scene in TITUS ANDRONICUS wasn't proof of this already...

Now if your engine is designed to run on lower octane gas, then using a higher octane will not produce better results.

I'm guessing my 4V Honda Civic does not need the higher octane, even if it is 10 years old.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How lucky am I to live in this blessed age?

That's the same engine that's in my 11 year old Honda Civic, so, no need for higher octane.

Well, Newman and Redford really got it going with BUTCH CASSIDY and THE STING if you want to get technical. S&H just moved it to present day (and TV).

It makes watching reruns of the original Dragnet lots of fun. "Come on, Sgt. Friday, just hug him already!"

See, that's about intent, and my line excludes that. I'm comfortable with discussing the text as a tract that supports Scientology -- but to say that Shakespeare was one gets into what he may really have been feeling/meant.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

What about I Spy?
