Perkins probably nailed it. though the bright shining moment of that was the Angel and Wesley spaz dances.

The worst Angel episode ever is Dad. There are a lot of strong contenders for second-worst, including I Fall To Pieces and, well, A Hole in the Fucking World. But they're no Dad.

Yeah. Didn't like the characterisation of Angel, didn't care about his quest for a college fund, it all felt rather aimless. Which is not to say I'd argue against the choice of Happy Anniversary.
