Dawn: I think a date should be in a real fancy restaurant, then champagne at a night club with a floor show, then ballroom dancing. Joyce: Unfortunately, we're not dating in a movie from the thirties.

'Get It Done'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Glad to hear they are with friends! Always a good thing

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Thank you, Karl.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Thanks for checking in and letting us know!

Do you think him saving the world with "crayon breaky Willow" will land?

Post Yellow Crayon, Aeryn is now workshopping alt S6 timeliness where Xander is the one who dies to trigger the Dark!Willow arc.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ha! That's clever. I'm sure the Kittenboard would approve.

It doesn't work out narratively for several reasons (Xander has been such a dick all season his death wouldn't have the same audience impact as killing off the only character everyone agrees has never done anything wrong, and also he's been in Willow's life all along so the motivating factor of "after years of being treated like a worthless side character someone finally came along who made me like myself" wouldn't be there) BUT on the plus side Tara would be alive and Xander wouldn't be in S7.

The uno reverse of Spike getting his soul back instead of his chip out continues to be a very VERY stupid fake out.

Meanwhile in LA: A was a big fan of Connor sinking Angel to the bottom of the ocean while Cordy ascends to a higher plane, both for the visual parallelism and the fact that it got them away from having a romantic relationship when they are PERFECT BEST FRIENDS. They were less enthused about Wesley/Lilah (not upset just not interested), but I'm pretty stoked for S4 "I'll take away your bucket" Wesley.

You have to remember that being a 5-time Olympic medalist means Hilary Knight has been playing hockey at an elite level at least 16 years. It's impossible for her to be a teenage girl less than 16 years old, thus the President's complete lack of interest.

Really, all the death and chaos that The Beast and Jasmine will inflict on the world in Season 4 will be well worth it for having derailed any chance of romance between Cordelia and Angel.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Thank you for the update, Karl! And hi back.

Reboot not going forward. I am weirdly touched by SMG’s announcement [link]
