I like Jess' design (except for my criticisms above), but I'd still rather have a several designs to choose from. The ultimate result should be something better, especially if we can combine the best parts of all the submissions.

I agree with Jon. Didn't we have a couple suggestions floating around last year that we combined into one? And that ended up being a great tshirt.
