Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I'm made of felt and my....hey, who's hand is that?

Fireplace - when B was over last evening, and before we all watched A Mighty Wind, we screwed in the bulb, clicked on the fireplace, listened to the crinkle, and basked in the room temperature of the fire. It was glorious.

Thanks for all the fish.

Aw, that's so cool!

I don't remember the last time we had a fire... Because the wood is in the back of the garage and not accessible right now.

Our fireplace must be incredibly efficient as it requires almost no wood at all.

Thanks for all the fish.

I still can't believe I actually asked if it was functional...

Are you still planning to put candles in there?

Thanks for all the fish.

And - stupid me! - how did you like A Mighty Wind?

Candles....are on hold as Megan enjoys the eFire.

Mighty Wind - excellent. Was very funny. As B commented - the best Guest since Spinal Tap. We've kept the DVD to watch the extras, btw, but haven't gotten to that yet (I watched hockey tonight, and Megan fell asleep)

Thanks for all the fish.

I love the whole Crabtown in Autumn bit.

Crabtown - I have lived that moment in the modelling word. And by modelling, I mean plastic.

Thanks for all the fish.

It's a good thing, the model trains. How else would they have gotten the idea for the big ones?

She had a small role, but was hillarious - even the physical acting with her face - brilliant.

Would you believe I'm still unpacking?
