Hmmm. Hottest moment chemistry-wise would probably be the kiss at the end of "Angel" where Buffy's crucifix burns into the former's chest. Almost did the same to my picture tube.

Hottest visual from a solely prurient perspective would be the last 10 seconds of "Faith, Hope, & Trick."

I think my favorite visual was Buffy and Faith dancing at the Bronze, too.

Although it receives healthy competition from Willow and Tara all tarted up in Xander's dream in Restless. I was very upset that they cut away from that scene.

Very odd-for-me hottest moments:

When Angel grabs Buffy as she is leaving to go to school and kisses her at the beginning of Suprise. Also when he grabs her in the cemetary at the beginning of Reptile Boy.
