Does this mean that he will kiss the female lead (Rory) and transfer his powers to her (which in this case apparently has something to do with editing)?

If so, that's one more reason I'm glad that Jane is working on GG. I also remember reading an article in which the producers had a giant life-sized cut-out of David Boreanz and the implication was that they knew of/watched "Buffy" and "Angel." If so, they may have known of DS already.
