Yes. Surprise has the adorable "I'm going to ask you out"—"I said 'date,'" scene. And the kissing conversation that Matt cites above—although it is only a brief moment—is the most romantic exchange I have ever encountered in any medium. Truly.
I think "Amends" is pretty important, too.

This, with the Istanbul conversation, also taking place in the van, are the most touching bookends to a relationship I think I have ever seen or read. They did such a lovely job with Oz and Willow.

Favorite Willow/Oz scene was in "The Wish." Seth was so great.

I am a much bigger fan of W&T now then I was when it was airing, but I agree with this. I was heartbroken for Willow and Oz, and I never really got there for Willow and Tara. At the end of Tabula Rasa all my angst was for Giles leaving, not W&T breaking up.

I just watched "Conversations with Dead People" on FX this morning -- that would be an excellent Halloween episode. .. although lacking in Xander.
