JenP, what's the story behind your tagline:
The quote is from an article in response to the interviewer asking him about a spin-off, which was funny, because we were talking about DS9 in Boxed Set: Vol. I the day I read it (and DS9 was darker and poorly received -- and, dammit, it was good!). The misspelling of his name was a lame attempt at humor -- sort of Not!Joss talking about his Not!spin-off, using the fact that people always get his name wrong. But then Nora or someone said, "Did you know you spelled his name wrong?" which clearly meant that I, and I alone, thought I was being funny (this is not unusual in my world). So I added the (yes, I know it's Joss Whedon) figuring I'd stumble across a new tag soon enough ... but I keep forgetting.
I don't know about Joss as actual name v. nickname, though. I have a vague recollection of reading that it isn't a nickname, but half the time my vague recollections are ... just sort of wrong.
I really want a new tag. Someone say something funny.
Someone say something funny.
Monkey. Monkey monkey monkey. Porn.
Well, I AM laughing ....
Then my work here is done.
I am watching the first episode with Olaf the troll (sorry I don't know the episode title), and Spike mentions the deep fried onion to Xander. Funny considering his conversation with Andrew on the motorcycle this season. I apologize if this has been mentioned before.
Triangle. I remember it not being widely liked at the time, but I always liked it. Olaf makes me laugh. "Can it be babies?"
Triangle
Yes, thank you. I like the scenes with just Willow and Anya.
the deep fried onion
And he mentions it in ... crap, what's the name of the one where he tells his slayer-killing history to Buffy ... I can't believe I don't remember it. Slight obsession with the onion mum, that one.
I saw Triangle in full for the first time several weeks ago. I liked it. I liked the Willow/Anya cattiness. And how can you now love Olaf?
ETA: Ooh. x-post.
what's the name of the one where he tells his slayer-killing history to Buffy
Fool For Love.
Inconsistency from Triangle to Selfless. Olaf calls Anya Anyanka. He should only know her as Aud, right?
