The trick is finding the onion stock. Pacific Soups used to do one but they stopped.

I was wondering too! But I’m tired and had a migraine overnight and hadn’t had the energy to comment (went to bed with a bit of a headache hoping sleep would relieve it, instead had to get up at 2am and take my meds, so feeling a bit hungover today).
