Consuela, are you making a savory pie? For some reason, that's what I think hot water crust is for?
It looks like it is preferred for savory pies, but the reviews I saw on the recipes seemed to indicate it would be fine for either. Less delicate but more crisp, maybe. I may make one crust for each and see how they come out. Anything that doesn't work that well I can repurpose for a quiche.

I'm about to have a temper tantrum and start stomping around the living room yelling "No, No, No!" because my newish monitor just borked out (blown capacitors causing it to turn off after two seconds. maybe) and I can't use my computer.
I have my Chromebook but can access my music and hence my reason for living.

Jesse, K-Bug and I already had plans to go out for T-day dinner. I just need to get to a point where I'm willing to go out into the public. My lungs are in full revolt. My nebulizer has had a workout today which means I should probably start another course of Prednisone. I just did a set a couple of weeks ago.
