So, PT went well. It is mainly to deal with my non-migraine headaches since PT doesn't do a thing for migraines. But my neck and jaw muscles are a mess, so hopefully this will help.

I think I got that fixed, but this is probably a good time for me to stop trying to do anything and just concentrate on eating lunch.
