It is indeed Alexandra Dorothea, but got Autocorrected in the text message with the first picture to Dorothy, and then spelled wrong by me.
Mom and Dad are ecstatic but exhausted, and hopefully asleep by now, and I am going to fall down in my own bed now.

Last week, I noticed that a spider had built a web right next to our front doorstep. On closer inspection, it turned out to be a redback. They're not aggressive spiders, but right by the front door isn't entirely comfortable, so it is now an ex-spider.
Last night I noticed that there was now a web on the other side of the doorstep. A second redback. It may be about time to ge the house treated for spiders.
