I am not sure I am strong enough to overcome the do not want this morning.
I wasn't strong enough, hence oversleeping madly, even though I have a ton of work to do today. So do not want.
We have many grocery stores for such a small city, I guess. Two Krogers, two Food Lions, Giant, Harris Teeter, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Walmart and Target both sell groceries, and they're building a Wegman's. And we just got a CostCo, and there's a Sam's, for those who like their food in bulk. What we don't have is a cheap grocery. Everything's gone upscale. The Harris Teeter is ridiculously expensive, on par with Whole Paycheck. The only one that's still got pretty low prices is the Food Lion by me.
I wish you some ~ma for your mom, Laura!
I'm hungry. I keep thinking I should eat something, and then I remind myself that I'm not allowed to eat anything.
I find my day today goes better when I tell myself that I'm still asleep and am dreaming I'm at work.
Tons of ~ma for your mother, Laura!
shrift, have you confirm that it is a fasting appt?
My doc is saying the headache and asthma flare up may be virus related. Which means I can treat the symptoms but just have to ride it out. Oh joy.

I had meetings/work to get done before I could call and ask. Turns out that their lab closes at 3pm, which is after my appointment ends so I can't get any lipid panels done today. So I'm going to chow down.
I'm also rearranging my schedule tomorrow in case I can go in and get bloodwork done in the morning.
I have truly settled into the winter mindset when I can look at the weather forecast, see a high of 41 and a low of 36 and think "wow, balmy." Of course, I also can't see the other side of the parking lot for the snow, but the winds are light and it probably won't freeze up for the commute, so it's a pleasant mild day.
Best to your mother, Laura.

Eee! What's especially fun is that I can watch it with no sound on and 100% hear it in my head.
Connie, my cousins sent me a picture of their backyard covered in snow. I thought of you.
