I made a reservation at a hotel in the Ballsbridge area of Dublin because it's close to the office and I tried about five nicer hotels, and none had availability for when I would be there. I'll still poke around at some of the swankier places to see if anything opens up, though.

Oooh, which one was it, Shrift? I've stayed at Ariel House a couple of times and really like it. It's a small inn type of place, but nice rooms and a good breakfast.

I liked staying in Ballsbridge even though it was a bit of a walk from City Centre because so many reviews for City Centre hotels complained about noise from the street or from in-house nightclubs, and I need my sleep. Also near your office is 3fe, which make amazing coffee. [link]

I thought Welsh rabbit sounded good for dinner.. I found the recipe, had all the ingredients to hand, and followed the instructions as written that almost never happens!

So...my doc says "exercize." I say, "Do I have to?" She says, "Uh huh." So I climb on the treadmill and well, I walk.

So yesterday I got a sudden, acute pain in the right ankle--Achilles tendon injury. Today, ache from left ankle to knee--shin splint. It's kinda hard to limp on both legs. She's tryinta kill me.
