I'm in a Holiday Inn Express, and I'm pretty sure I just had the Burrell family Christmas breakfast! Eggs, sausage, cinnamon roll. Nom.
Yum! Now I want Christmas breakfast dang it. But since I just had breakfast -- egg scrambled with last night's leftover braised sprouts -- I guess it'll have to wait.
Have decided to focus on the part of my dream where JDM helped me with my luggage (not a euphemism, literally I had several pieces of luggage and he carried one for me. Before the part where they all got lost. Who has a check out time of quarter to ten? Not a prophetic dream, I'm fairly certain, just an annoying one)
I'm choosing to interpret this dream to mean that you are ready for JDM to appear in your life and help you lose all your baggage.
One think I do love about snow storms is watching the snow flakes blow around the big glass windows in my office.
You can be in charge of my dream interpretations, Burrell. And breakfasts, for that matter.
Ooh, you work in a giant snowglobe, Connie? Nice.
We are supposed to get our first snow tonight. I am SO not ready. I need to rake and bag up the leaves in the front of the house. Our snow shovel is going to need to be replaced soon.
I need to have a chimney person come out to check our fireplace and see if it is safe to light fires. First time I haven't had a gas fireplace in a long time.
Ooh, you work in a giant snowglobe, Connie? Nice.
I hadn't thought of it that way, but you're right. It's really cool when it's dark and the street lights in the parking lot are on.
Share away, shrift. It's more interesting than me going on about this trip to Houston tomorrow. I looked at hotels last week--they were expensive. I finally got around to booking one today--still expensive. There's got to be a special event of some sort.
-t, that is a disappointing dream no matter how you look at it. Bait and switch.
You mountain folks can keep the snow. It's raining here, and that's enough precipitation for me at the moment.
And I have cramps, which ups the cranky to level 10.
You can be in charge of my dream interpretations, Burrell. And breakfasts, for that matter.
Yay!
Oh crud, forgot to grade! Better get on that
Day 4(?) of a multi-day low grade headache. Just enough to be bothersome, but not enough to haul out the heavy drugs. Three more hours of work are going to feel like for-ev-er.
Oh, haul out the heavy drugs--four days is too long!
And I love hearing about your trip planning shrift!
I've been trying to look into a trip for March with a friend. But the problem is, I want to do ALL the things. Like, if we are flying to South America we should do this, but then that's right nearby and gosh, shouldn't we....why don't I have unlimited funds and six months of vacation?
Oh, haul out the heavy drugs--four days is too long!
Co-signed!
I got my flu shot like an adult...and a Sesame Street band-aid because that's all the CVS had.
