So, one of my classes has created art lessons for the kids in our lower school. We have been working with 4th-5th grades and 2nd-3rd grades and one K-1st class. It's funny because when I walk through the lower school quad, the littles yell my name or come up and hug me. There is such a divide between upper school and lower school that all last year I remained unknown. There should be a way to bring us together to work more often.

I have a bruise near my elbow. When I was taking the little guy out of his bath, my arm slipped and I banged it into the rim of the tub. Bleah.(the little guy was fine.)

I'm not sure how to properly explain what just transpired here, but my sister was walking down a narrow hallway, trailed by dog and cat, when the cat decided to claim her rightful place by leaping up onto the dog, traversing her back and jumping down over her head to claim her rightful place at the head of the procession.

At some point sis and I will stop crying and gasping for air from laughing so hard.

I love to hear about programs that bring older students and younger together. They always seem to do both groups a lot of good.

I probably do not actually hold the glass much, as a percentage of the time span over which I am drinking wine, but conversely each time I pick up the glass I am mildly annoyed that my fingers get in the way of swirling the wine and watching for legs along the bowl of the glass or admiring the clarity of the color. I can be hella pretentious. Maybe especially when I am home alone.

Perhaps I should take up brandy, since that's supposed to be warmed by one's hands as one sips. I like the look of snifters, but stemless wine glasses certainly would make practical sense.

Hey, what's a high fiber (as in keep shit moving, but not alarmingly so) but not high calorie tasty snack? Given the amount of opioids he's on, he's going to need it, but he also is unhappy about being sedentary.

Kiwifruit also helps move things along. And is delicious, at least to me. Thankfully.
