Are chances zero that she would pick him as VP? Would he agree?
It's an interesting thought, but I like him for Secretary of the INterior or whatever gives him a lot of clout over domestic issues.

Wouldn't either one of them want a more Southern or Western VP, or is balance not a thing anymore?
I think Julian Castro might be a likely VP for Hillary. Experience might be an issue there though.
My wife asked me about a VP for Bernie just the other day and I had a hard time with that, but I thought maybe Susan Rice might be an interesting choice. She'd inject some foreign policy expertise, but she's not held an elected office though.
Well, Hillary's got ties to Arkansas, Illinois and New York already, so I guess Western is the only place she would need coverage on.
I see Bernie as more likely to pick someone based more on them sharing his values than any geographic concerns, but I could be wrong.
I don't know if geographic balance is as important as it once was. Didn't Romney and Ryan lose all of the states they had local ties to?
Saw the doctor for my sinus infection. Here's an example of why he's Dr. Awesome:
Me: Basically, it feels like the Hulk is standing on my face.
Dr. Awesome: So, is that the Hulk when he's a big green rage monster, or just a guy?
Me: Does the answer make a difference, clinically? Because it would still hurt if just a guy stood on my face.
Dr. Awesome: It doesn't make a clinical difference, but it might say something about your psyche.
So I have antibiotics, because he agreed that if this hasn't gone away in 4 weeks, it's likely not viral. Whee, antibiotics.
I still have to vote later, but I have work to finish first.
I'm annoyed with everyone and everything this morning, and I have to write my annual review today. There may be some causation there.
Shrift, I hope you're writing it from home!
I feel like there are a lot of House and Senate seats up for re-election this year? In a perfect world, we'd get out of the Republican super-majority situation and maybe more things would get done? Or am I wrong/naive?
Teppy, I love your doctor.
As for VP, I'm not sure an all-woman ticket would be a good thing, sadly. The chaos lover in my would love to see Bill as VP, just to watch heads explode. I'm not familiar enough with the rest of the Democratic field to know who would be good VP material.
Joe Biden can be VP again! I dunno, Cory Booker maybe?
