Looks like I vote at the fire station. Not too interesting, I don't think. In PA, I voted at a church, which was kind of weird, because there would be all sorts of mission stuff on the walls where we waited on line.

What kind of ballots does Ohio have? PA had the paper ones that you feed into the scanner. Boring. When I was a kid, NJ had the voting booths with the levers. I liked those. My dad would take me to vote with him and pick me up and let me switch the levers.

I did -- tomorrow at 10 a.m. Dr. Awesome will very likely poke fun at me for waiting so long to come in, and I will heckle him right back. It's therapeutic.

I'm also going to talk to him about going off the Lexapro, because, you guys, my memory is SHIT since I've been on it. And apparently that's a known side effect. So, it's been a year, and I'm willing to try tapering off it to see if my memory is less shitty. My memory been so bad, a lot of people have mentioned it to me.

It's not the world's best time to taper off the Lexapro, what with all the stressful stuff going on, but, you know, I have no way of knowing when it *won't* be a stressful time. Might as well do it now.

I voted there! Back when I lived on Shaw. There was a huge sign that read "DO NOT BLOCK TRUCKS". Tell me if it's there tomorrow?

So I talked myself into taking a half day of sick time, came home and went to sleep. Had extremely vivid dreams, did not eat lunch and may not eat dinner, but feel okay for now. Dunno what that was about, but if that's the end of it I'll take it.

I have a sneaking suspicion that my dad might feel the Bern at the last minute, as he's an old 60s civil rights geezer, and Bernie is basically EXACTLY THE SAME PERSON as all of dad's friends and family.

I resemble this statement! Seriously, as a 60 something hippie type I do so feel the Bern, but but but, Hillary! I wanted her in '08, but accepted the results and was enthusiastic in my Obama support after she lost. The bottom line is that I really feel she can do the job. It was a surprise to hear my mom and step-dad say they were for Hillary because Bernie was too old! They are 79 and 94!!

Correction: I feel okay as long as I stay in bed.

I can do that for a while longer.

The next month is gonna kill me.

On the upside, it may improve my swim time by leaps and bounds.

I am probably voting Hillary but I am very equivocal in my support for her. I have never been a fan of her husband, and she must love the way her toes taste because she sticks them in her mouth all the time, but... damn I hate the anti-Hillary crowd. Although gotta say, I am having a very hard time getting past the Nancy Reagan line. Having lived through it, that one hurts. Ugh. This is like voting for Kerry, or, well, Bill Clinton back in '92.
