I remember lurking in TT, but I was an erratic poster at best. I started participating actively probably in... late 2001? Early 2002? in WX (not sure how to check). Anyhow, it was sometime in the midst of season 4, if I recall.
It was during late 1999 during S4. It's easy to remember because my girl was just a baby back then.

Somehow Firefly being 13 years ago is more mind blowing than Buffy. Firefly seems "new". I am so lucky I discovered Buffy and the Internet at the same time. I remember going to the library to use the Internet and printing out the 5x5 thread on Salon to read at home! And I only got caught because of Restless and the red curtains that made me think of Twin Peaks.
