Eh, boiling eggs is kind of a hassle. Convenience and expeditiousness, I'm all for it. As long as you don't already have a dozen eggs sitting in your fridge needing to be eaten up, that would change the calculus considerably.

Hey, next year there's a solar eclipse in August and the totality will be visible in Nashville (among other places, of course). I think I'll make plans to be in Nashville in August in 2017.
