Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

(And it was that she wanted to confirm we are nonmonogamous and she maybe has a date tonight. Bleh. I'm not crushed by it but I'm not thrilled either...and in ANY case, I didn't want to discuss at 630am!!!!!)

That is clearly not 6am conversation. Although I'm not sure what would be!

Yikes, sara, hope is Boom good news for you and those fuckers fall apart.

Yeah, that.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Although I'm not sure what would be!

Exactly. Nothing should be discussed that early. Not even "Should I hit the snooze button?" Just do it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Someone in my office just suggested a 6am meeting time. I declined! We got it up to 8am, which is already going to be a struggle.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I can't think of anything that would be good to happen at 6am. Unless it's falling into bed after an absolutely wonderful night.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Someone else getting up to make coffee or take care of pets would be good. Sadly I do not think I would even be happy to be woken up at 6am for sex at the moment. My love for sleep is too pure and the thought of a person to have sex with is too foreign.

Eep sara, hope both meetings resolve in the best way possible for you.

That was a BOOM, they went all in. Come the end of each current mission contract, the institute will not be renewing CSRA's contract. First to drop is HST, 4/30. The positions that will be opening will be posted in the coming days and "we are strongly encouraged to apply."

This is how they are going to transition us to AURA. Some people will be able to stay CSRA on a contract that doesn't expire until 2019 and there are people for whom this is actually preferable. I am not one of them. I will be applying for my job. I may be taking a pay cut (unclear so far), but I will be gaining a 10% auto-retirement match and 5 weeks vacation and 5 weeks sick.

They found a way to make it happen.
