Man, I just about went over the counter at a convenience store clerk after he went on a long mocking riff about gay people and men acting like women with another customer. This may have been the first time he got called out about that by a 235 lb. man red-faced with anger and ready to knock teeth down his throat.

He thought he had the store to himself and the old bigot grumbling about queers parking at the local lake until I slammed my drink down on the counter. But at least he did apologize for offending me after offering excuses about joking like that with his gay relatives all the time. Maybe seeing how close he came to a beatdown will make him consider that said relatives might not find the jokes as funny as he assumes.

My car just died. While I was on a bridge. Fuuuuuck. Thankfully random dude kindly offered to push and got me off the bridge and around the corner. Of course, it's Saturday night. And nothing is open tomorrow. Called the dealership and their service isn't open but the sales is and they said I could get it towed in and leave it there until Monday morning. Ugh. Hoping its something simple. (the bridge is a drawbridge and I turned the car off to wait while it was up...and then when I tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't)

I've been texting with my brother all day, and I think he's doing okay. He said he did some yoga and he's so out of shape that he thinks he pulled a muscle in downward dog. (No judgment here; I did actually pull a shoulder muscle in Warrior 1 once.)
