2 of my college classmates posted today about new babies. One couple just had twins, one adopted. Both have other children already so they know what that are facing, but I just got instantly tired. Newborns at 45? Omg.
I guess thank god we are different and all that.
Bless their hearts.
Nap.

One of my high-school BFFs, who I only see on FB these days, is pregnant for the first time at 44 and is due in June. She's thrilled as hell, but that sounds SO exhausting.
Parenthood has really made me realize how selfish I am. Some of that is circumstantial, but yeah I am ready for me only considerations.
Go Jesse! Not sure I could do that. I'd eat pizza
I have to go get a new license today. Because I lost mine last night. Except they only give you a paper copy and mail the real one. Grr.
Essentially the only way I can lose weight is cutting out whole categories of food. I can maintain my setpoint no problem -- and actually, I've maintained my setpoint+10 for two years without gaining any more. So I'm just trying to get rid of that 10.
We had Matilda when I was 45. ijs
I'm reporting to you from a chair in the sky, as I fly to Miami to pitch to several animation producers (including Amazon and Corus).
I've managed to drop my lone book behind my seat and as I'm in the last row I can't retrieve it until I get both of my rowmates up and out of their seats. Woe!
All my body is craving is fried food and biscuits. That is all. No good.
That sounds exciting (well, the pitch, not the lost book in the sky), David!! Best of luck.

Oooooh, best of luck.
One of my friends had her first last year at 45. The thought of a kid exhausts me, but they were/are thrilled!
