I've been to the nuclear bunker in Nova Scotia and it reeks of mould/mildew. I think that one would probably need a good cleanout too.

I'm in my home. CJ is chomping on his SF sourdough bread and I'm snuggling the puppy. I saw K-Bug on my way home (had to borrow her house keys so I could get in the house once I got home). There is SO. MUCH. SNOW on the ground. The pile in our front yard varies from 2' to 4'.
