I've felt okay the past couple days, but the aches are now starting. Thank god the y is opening at noon. I WILL be swimming, and then sauna.

I've been up since 5:30. Don't want to shovel any more. Need to.
My unit director told us all to work from home this morning, as the area is still pretty icy. I suspect that this morning will extend to roughly 5:00 pm for most.

So much shoveling to do to get my car out of its spot. Back still hurts from yesterday's shoveling. Ugh.
I have to confess this here so I don't do it in the office: I thought my computer wasn't starting up, but actually I had turned off my monitor. Oops.
Heh. I won't tell a soul, and I'm sure I've done the same thing, but that's still funny.
I've breakfasted and packed a lunch and showered and gotten dressed and that seems like enough for one day, I would like to crawl back into bed now. I have a two and half hour meeting to look forward to this morning, though, so I won't.
Someone from the construction company behind us was plowing the alley perpendicular to ours but now seems to have stopped and I'm worried they won't do our alley like they usually do and we'll be stuck here forever. (Or until we get out and dig the rest of our alley out.)
