Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My friend also got diagnosed with asthma now that she is forty, and has the same reaction. She was a chubby kid, and they just thought she was out of shape.

I recently (at 42) have found out I am lactose intolerant-- I just thought using the bathroom a lot and urgently was normal, because it happened to my mom and grandpa too. But I had genetic testing and I lack the gene that produces lactase. I still can't seem to cut out all lactose, but stopping cheese fest that was my eating pattern has really helped!

Compassionately intolerant

I eat salt as a snack and my BP is super low.

See, doctor, it's not just me! (I mean, with salt not raising BP. My BP is not super-low, but cutting salt doesn't lower it.)

Not just you! Back off doctor.

In the past, my BP was so low, nurses took it several times, assuming the equipment was broken. Now, it's just very low.

I've never been particularly fainty, so it's just normal for me.

eta: also, very low iron that is just normal for me. Anything that would supposedly increase my iron number (I've tried them all) just makes me sick. Thus...NORMAL.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

My boss went on vacation without telling anyone on her team. Without answering my email asking, how do I do this thing you want done by month's end? ISTG.

Wow, Zen. That is impressive.

I was officially diagnosed with asthma when I was 18, though I know I've dealt with it longer than that. I spent a two year period in my late 20's early 30's that had me on a horrible cycle of being on Prednisone about every other month and man, that was brutal. I'm totally scared that I'm back in that cycle again...have gone through 3 rounds of Prednisone since October.

I'm not even sure what has me down right now. It hurts to breath, but it isn't my lungs. I know that sounds odd, but my nebulizer doesn't do anything to relieve the pain. I'm just trying for lots of rest and self care.

Restructuring apparently happened yesterday. Not my department, directly, but affecting my work. I think it's probably good changes, for the most part, but a big adjustment.

Mama brag - CJ passed the entrance physical test for the fire academy. I forget the specifics of what they had to do, but I know CJ was unsure if he could do it. Step one of a million for the academy.

Yay CJ!

Aw, a coworker just came by to discuss processes with me and said "every time I come see what you do I feel like I need to step up my game". Validation! So nice.

If it's like it was when Hubby joined up, it's a bitch. Have you ever seen the Fireman's Competitions? With carrying bundles of hose up several stories of stairs?

Boy, I wish I'd seen Hubby when he was a fireman. 6'1", 58" chest and 32" waist. And he was able to carry three people and *run* with them out of harm's way. Woof.
