Punishingly Intricate

Oooh I just remembered that we have some cookie dough from cookie swap in the freezer downstairs that we can bake up for the storm! Also a lot of pork in that freezer. (Plus live a block from the grocery store so don't really worry about getting so snowed in we can't get food.)

eta Also, a lot of booze in the house.

Compassionately intolerant

if you have a professional dealer, it's in his or her best interest to keep the business area crime free.

I've had two experiences in DC where the corner dealer was super helpful regarding non-drug related crime.

Steph, I'm am so sorry for your loss.

A friend of mine is moving Friday morning (moved up) from a couple blocks over to Abell-ish (her first mortgage!) She's gonna definitely get a portion of any cookies I bake- I can walk to both houses. Also, bribes to the Y to stay open...

Agent Carter, no spoilers: I think that's the lake Kat passes around on the way to her school....

I wish I had more friends whose houses I could walk to! Heck, I wish more of my friends lived in the same city as me...

Yay Mr Flea getting some help! I have another friend who is reaching the end of his rope with his husband and needing to do SOMETHING about his depression, and I feel so bad for both of them.

I woke up at 4am to be at the airport at 5am. After getting home from the airport at 10:15pm. I'm feeling like I am in my hotel room and maybe don't really need dinner, so much....because it would require moving...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm sorry about your loss, Teppy.

Today was really much too long, especially since it started at 3:45 am*, and I ddidn't like it.

  • (okay, that was because I went to bed before 9:30, but still).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just invited some friends over for Galentine's brunch, and three said yes! That's all I was really hoping for, so anyone else will be gravy. And make me have to think about chairs.

I'm sorry about your cousin, Steph, that's awful. 42 is so young.

if you have a professional dealer, it's in his or her best interest to keep the business area crime free.

That's my attitude about the guy who hangs out on my street. He even brings my garbage bins in on trash day. Wish he'd redirect the jackasses who park in front of my driveway, but as they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

I realized today that I double-booked my Friday, and I'm going to miss a rather nice retirement party, boo. Instead I get to take my dad to the dentist.

ION, I have located ALL THE SEASONS OF THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF. They are all mine, mwahahaha. So fun.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I want to give them to my BFF!
