Cool, Tep. One of my local-ish microbreweries has some wild yeast offerings, but doing only that takes some guts.
I'm disappointed they don't capture the wild yeast by riding horses around and yelling "Yeehaw!" while lassoing microscopic creatures.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I vacuumed and the sheets are in the wash. That's pretty much all I've accomplished today, unless watching hockey counts.

They must, they just don't want to admit it. For some unimaginable reason.

I was imagining the yeast in interview, exclaiming "Wild? Darling, I was livid!"
Did laundry today. That's all I accomplished--never even left the house. I needed it, though. It's been a crazy week at work.
I'm not watching the debate live, can catch it later if so inclined. Talked to mom instead, dad is watching the debate. "The thing is, Bernie sounds just like dad." "Why do you think I'm skipping the debates and talking to you?"

I did a load of sheets and a load of towels, put the clean sheets on the bed, and put away the towels. I also cleaned the abominable toilet, washed dishes, and worked out for the first time since before Christmas and catching Death Cold 2015-2016.
Sourdough. How does one go about making that? Because I tried the once, and then the mother came to life (well, more to life) and took over my fridge
Heh. I've made a lot of bread, but never sourdough, because it does require regular attention, and I'm not so good at that. My ski club had a sourdough starter that had been kept alive since the 1940s, and then during a work party about ten years ago someone threw it away. Oh the humanity.
Took Dad out for a nice dinner tonight, but I dunno. He's pretty wobbly and not really tracking very well, and had a hard time even getting in and out of the car. I think he's not able to process visually when he's in a dark car or anywhere with an uneven surface, so it's not very safe to take him to the movies or even out to dinner in the darkness. It's rather sad, but he doesn't seem unhappy or in pain -- he's just not really functioning that well. Reading the same book for weeks, throwing away important mail, and so forth.
Sigh.

Why I was wide awake at 5:30 when I don't have to be, I'll never know.
