Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Jackass is parked illegally. Ass 'em in the ear.
ETA: Assuming, of course, that you feel safe doing so.
I get such anxiety with trips now. I hate it. I am gonna go pack and double check everything. Not sure why I think I have to get everything done in my house tonight (take down Christmas tree, clean all the things, shred bags of paper) when that stuff doesn't get done on a regular and nobody is going to be staying at my house. STUPID BRAIN.

Yeah, I don't know who this guy is. I assume it's a guy -- it's always guys, so far as I can tell. So I'll cut him slack this one time.
Last weekend I was in the driveway, keys in hand, walking towards the car, when someone pulled up and blocked the driveway.

ARRRGH. What did you do?
Made him move. At least he was still there, so I could mock him, I mean ask him nicely to move.

A couple of weeks ago I went to leave the house and when I walked off the porch, there was a dude parked IN MY DRIVEWAY. Fortunately he was sitting in his car, so I asked him to move. (To give him the benefit of the doubt, he *may* have thought our driveway was for the neighbor who is on the other side of the driveway [that house doesn't have a driveway, so I can see someone making that assumption].)
I've had cars towed when they block the driveway.
Does anyone have rheumatoid arthritis and feel like sharing your experience? Tim very likely has it (one blood test came back positive for one of the markers [C-reactive protein; his was more than 2x the upper limit of normal], so he'll probably get tested for the antibodies next, but his physical symptoms plus the CRP level are pretty clearly pointing to it). I'm glad for a diagnosis, but it's a little daunting. I obviously can do medical research, but I was hoping for any personal experiences.
I don't remember anyone mentioning having it, but I thought I'd ask.
