Days like today, investing in the Bladerunner light up umbrella seems really smart. The umbrella-heavy portfolio pays off.
Lots of ~ma Sox!
March 6 looks good to me, Lee! Maybe we can lure beth to that one, it's in her neck of the woods. Although I don't see any mention of capes or medals, just t-shirts. April 18 is a Monday, I don't think I can do that. And the link says sales are closed? May 28 conflicts with another race I want to do (at Pt. Pinole).
There's also [link] 3/20 - I really like Brazen Racing
I think I will do the SF super run anyway, I have cape envy.
Loads of ~ma Sox
Much ~ma for Sox and husband.
I did not get my act together sufficiently to bring in a king cake today, but I've only done it once before so probably nobody at work will realize they are missing out.
I was going to make a galette des rois last night, -t, but after I made soup for lunches, I didn't really have the energy.
The soup that I made had paprika and roasted garlic for flavouring. Except, I mistook cayenne for paprika, so it's got a bit of a kick now. It's still pretty tasty, I didn't put in a lot.
That sounds good. Mm, soup.
Fingers crossed for your hubby's test results, Sox.
I noticed gas at my local station went from 1.60 a gallon to 1.69 a gallon. Thanks, Obama.
I felt an earthquake this morning! The hotel bed shook! And then I went back to sleep.
