Ugh, I need to go use the neti pot again. Usually it's super satisfying, but now I'm just tired of doing it. STOP IT SINUSES.

I usually get a little relief from putting peroxide in my ears also with the neti bottle.

I went to the earthy crunchy store today for a couple of additions to the pantry and was CRUSHED to see that they don't carry Sriracha Sauce because it contains something unhealthy. I love that stuff. Hmph. Maybe putting it in hummus healths it up.

I'm trying to write every day, but I'm using a composition book to do it and I refuse to pressure myself to write more than a sentence or two. I'm also trying to write one letter a week. This week it was to my dad.
I roasted some garlic & sausage along with the veg, and caramelized some onions. It was delicious and I jammed that in my face so quickly.
There is quite a bit of unhealthy food still in my fridge from the holidays. I am going to try and limit what I consume while still trying to use stuff up.
I am doing the same. I decided to see how long I can go without buying any new alcohol or sweets, but I am letting myself finish off the stuff I already had.
I'm going to try Buzzfeed's 28 day workout challenge instead of focusing on food. I need to get more active and I'm still trying to adjust to Mom's weird eating habits but I'm trying to make better choices eating.
