I"m opening my champagne at midnight Eastern, in the hopes that I can get a substantial portion of it drunk before I go to bed and won't have a sad, flat bottle to deal with tomorrow.
Operation Wash Dishes Counterclockwise is going okay, btw. It's not a difficult adjustment at all, so far, and I like having me drying rack in a corner instead of just hanging out next to the stove.
