Best of luck, sarameg! Tonight I got an early flight and had all my presents waiting for me (they were scheduled to arrive Saturday and I leave Sunday so I was worried it would not work out). So you can have my luck tomorrow!

Funny how for such a dramatic symptom, it often leads to simple, easily treated diagnoses.
