Zoe: Preacher, don't the Bible have some pretty specific things to say about killing? Book: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

the way she uses her calm competence to step in as the voice of reason and put fears to rest.

Yes. You can always count on her to be knowledgeable and sensible. That's not a small thing.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Hi, vw! Hi, victor! Good to see your pixels again, even though under sad circumstances.

Nanita, you are a love. I'm hoping Mary the Nashville friend will take MP, since they already know each other. I'll pass along your incredibly generous offer.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes please let Mary know of my offer!! Would be so great if MP could go live with her!

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

My presentation is done, and it went well. Right now I'm waiting to take off for LAX on my way to SFO. I probably do not have time to meet up with localistas, but if I have free time I'll reach out. Thank you for all of the good wishes.

Much ~ma for Hub's sister. Loving thoughts to all of us. This community is one of the best things that ever happened to me.

Since they know each other, it is probably unneeded, but if Mary could use some help with Mr. Peabody, I in my doggy lama hat, can offer lifetime pet coaching support as well.

It seems like so little, but I would be honored.

Always Anti-fascist!

As someone who very much could have used the support of a behaviorist, until recently(sniff) that's not a little thing. I wish you were on this coast so you could support my brother's Sheltie, actually. You'd be a valued member of Team Peabody.(and yes, heartbreaking as it would be to tell him she's not coming back,I wish I could, and not just so I know how to woof "Fuck Cancer")

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Add my "fuck cancer" to the pile. Sigh...

I like it.

Cheers erika. And a shared sniff. Bless.

Today, someone who knows us pretty well, called Cagney Bartleby and I nearly lost it.

Lots and lots of stress, combined with sadness and just plain, ugh, added to the general state of the world. Well. I did keep it together but only just.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Team Peabody

Love it, and I love this place, in case I don't say it enough.

I have noticed people are posting pictures of Ginger on our facebook page. I have several pictures of Ginger from the Ohio trip on flickr but not on my hard drive. I'm not able to download them right now and upload them to the facebook page, but if someone who is flickr friends with me wants to grab them and post them, you have my permission to do so.
