I use 4 eggs and 1 avocado. I take about half of the avocado and moosh it up, which reduces the amount of mayo I use, and the other half I dice and mix in.

While I am paging people - erika, I had a dream that you acquired a burger joint, and it was full of money (like the banana shack) and also a going concern restaurant-wise. I figured I'd better tell you in case it is a prophetic dream that I don't understand or something.

So my errors this weekend at work ( nothing major, but annoying) have resulted in me being removed from the weekend rotation. It is the equivalent of throwing me into the briar patch. I won't be getting overtime every fifth week like I did when I worked, but SO worth it.
Normally I would be afraid about any reduction of job duties, but this is good and this makes sense. I am not involved in a lot of the day to day production talk and then to have to be dealing with it basically solo every fifth weekend ( or even rarer because of weather) makes it difficult.
So, maybe slightly worrisome, but more Yay! I can freely plan weekends.
