I am regretting all the sugar I ate today. Our staff meeting was scheduled for lunch time and we ended up with, like, 5 desserts somehow. All delicious, of course. But now I feel kind of crappy and am choosing to blame the sugar.

The sinus and ear pain that's been bothering me for the past few days now seems to be turning into a migraine. The noise from the air conditioner is really aggravating it, as is the sun coming through the window, but I can't turn off the air conditioner or close the blinds, because it's 90 degrees, and closing the blinds would cover the air conditioner.
