I got more than $32.00 in the settlement policy so I purchased The Fleece and Fiber Sourcebook . . . something I've wanted for a while.
Natter 72: We Were Unprepared for This
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I got to work this morning before anyone else on my floor and the lights were all off. Trained from 8:30am to 1pm, then went into meetings. Thankfully my 3:30pm was cancelled, because I have a peer review I need to write before I can leave.
Oh, my god, somebody tell me to write this peer review so I can get out of the office, buy booze, and go home to celebrate the fact that I don't have to get up at 6:30am tomorrow and I don't have any meetings!
Ugh, peer review: why so difficult?
WRITE THE PEER REVIEW - THEN BOOZE!
I also have a new work tablet to play with, but I don't get to until I write this peer review. Booze & toys! And am I writing that peer review?
WRITE IT!
Peer review, maximized for corporate buzzword bingo:
Person X has been a key stakeholder in project blah. They are a clear communicator, and always strive to create strong cross-team alliances. Person X is a team player, and will lean in when there are shifts in project priorities or direction.
Person X has a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Yeah, if OTW even just could get like, downloads of the TWoP boards that would be amazing, though I'm sure it's a HUUUUGE amount of data.
I vote Brenda throws someone under a real bus. Possibly in Argentina. Or Reno.
Reno's more about shooting, no?
Okay, in 3 minutes I will stop everything else I'm doing and write the damn thing.
Thanks, Jilli! Totes borrowing some of those.
