So he managed another 23 years of life and work than he might have. That's good.
A really good 23 years of work, at least. That's something. Still, so sad.
Going back to the guy on Jeopardy, I think three days is a little soon to say anything about him being game-changing.
Oh fuck. Headline at the Sun:
Three to six inches of snow likely Monday in latest winter storm

I guess I'll go pick up my laptop this evening after I get back from my swim. The City forecast is for only 1-2", but with higher snowfall predicted everywhere else, I'm going to hedge my bets.
...It's all because I washed my car, isn't it?
It's YOUR fault? Dang. I thought we were friends.
eta: someone tried to scare me today by saying we were going to get a foot of snow this coming week.
He was a lying liar who lies, thank goodness.
...It's all because I washed my car, isn't it?
sara, look at your life. Look at your choices.
Our family spent 3 hours at urgent care:
K has some unspecified sinus infection. She gets codeine cough syrup and some pill form antibiotic.
Noah has an ear infection (hence today's fever). He gets amoxicillin.
Grace has gunk or crud. No pneumonia (which is my concern). She get augmentin. She's on day 4 of the fever that comes and goes, so she was the reason we went to the doctor. Ugh.
Happy sunday?
Didn't you just have a dream about Philip Seymour Hoffman, Aurelia?
He is from a Rochester suburb and his mom is a judge here and has come to several of our shows. So sad.
When she went to London for the Paraolympics.
Oh, I remember that. I saw that play at the Goodman (aurelia hooked me up.) Brian Dennehy was there.
Didn't you just have a dream about Philip Seymour Hoffman, Aurelia?
Yeah, a week ago.
Brian Dennehy was there.
I think Dennehy was in the show that was running in the other space.
I tossed mine with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and parmesan. I do it at 450 and it gives me the nice roasty edges.
Hey David, how long do you cook your cauliflower this way?
I've got a head in the oven right now!
I usually do it for 25-30 minutes, bonny. I take it out when I see a touch of blackening on the floret edges. Crunch is key!
