I am very excited by the trucks! Not that there aren't others nearby (my favorite being the Indian fry-bread truck), but it's fun, and closer to my house than the others.

I found a box of pumpkin bread mix in the cupboard, so I gussied it up with some chopped pecans and raisins, and now it's baking. If we see actual snow, I may also try brownies tomorrow.

No food trucks around here. (Mmm, latkes) Did find out this weekend that the food court at Montgomery Mall has a place called The Wicked Waffle. Had a smoked turkey and brie waffle sandwich.

That does make rather more sense with their menu. Not sure where I got Cajun from. Trying to decide if I should go get a sandwich from them. I'd like to support the place. Hmm. Maybe I'll see if anyone wants to join me.
Why don't food trucks drive around neighborhoods playing obnoxious music? That would be great.
Two people I know have been in their cars more than four hours, and one of them abandoned her car. A woman gave birth on 285. Some middle schools are going to keep children overnight. Parents keep calling the news, saying the schools have told them their children are on buses, but they don't know where.
I know someone who left Atlanta at 12:30pm and got home to Athens at 5:30pm.
(I think most of that was Atlanta, natch.)
