Something about a basement? She was saying earlier this week with the crazy flooding in Toronto that they were all "yeah, we have a sump pump!" but then found out the Love it or List it people didn't include an emergency battery (apparently there's a place for one in it), so the sump pump didn't work when the power went out. So the basement flooded.
