Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Today I'm supposed to do 75 squats, and my quads are suspicious I'm trying to kill them. 45 to go!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yep, Kate -- I had that on Saturday from the church choir mailing list. One death, one baby.

Jesse, I kinda want to marry your new tumblr. ijs

It really is everything I didn't want to put on the Good Stuff. So now you have the full picture!

Good luck re: blood tests.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Vibes, msbelle.

ita !, the Help I Need Help products are all pretty awesome, as is their website. (Imagine McSweeney's, but peppier, goofier and more medicinal.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My local Walgreens sells the Help stuff--they have it prominently displayed, and it's the least boring thing to stare at when waiting for the slow-as-molasses pharmacists.

I missed the URL--supply, plz!

brillig

For people doing squats with bad knees--do you actually go till you're parallel to the floor or do you go till your knees give you fair warning of bad things to come?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I have been going as far as my knees let me. It seems to be extending my range of motion. I am not sure about the 75! I was hoping to take the time to do 25 at work, but I didn't even have time to pee today

Appraisal visit done. And I forgot I broke my box fan Sunday and it was lying in pieces all over the spare bed. NICE.
