Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Yogurt is a method of preservation in and of its self, after all.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

To be fair, I suspect that mostly my cats catch the birds that have dazed themselves by flying into a window, but managing not to do that is a skill.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Still Tasty says 7-10 days. I personally would go ahead and eat it as long as it isn't visibly growing something (other than the bugs that make it yogurt, of course

Yup.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I didn't even know yogurt had a date. I agree that unless growing some unusual bugs, it's okay.

Have any of you seen the Two Chip video: [link] ? I came across it at an NPR blog and I find is inexplicably endearing.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Kat, I just watched that through your link on Facebook. It's charming.

It is charming. It's like a sweet drunk thing as opposed to mocking the drunk lady.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I think the effort involved in animating the joke totally makes up for any implied mocking in the recording and posting of it.

Not effort, I mean, the way it's animated. It's cute!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I thought it was charming too. Like laughing at a tipsy Jillian, not your uncle who drinks too much every nught and gets not slightly racist.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh my god, Frank -- how terrible! I'm glad you are OK, and hope most of your stuff is, too.
