All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

strokes being detected by the patient's jumbled text messages.

I once responded to a FB post by asking if the poster was having a stroke. I'm still not convinced that he wasn't. That post was word soup. There was just enough context to kind of get what he was trying to say, but no logic to the order of the words. He posted again later saying that he had been out on a long walk and the sun must've gotten to him.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I think there should be food trucks like ice cream trucks that drive around neighborhoods playing an annoying tune.

I would totally chase a really good taco truck down the street. In fuzzy bunny slippers and sweatpants while the streetview car was watching, if that turned out to be part of the scene.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Jilli, why should "goth" not be in the Etsy goth tag?

Yeah, I realized I wasn't clear about that. "goth" should be in the Etsy goth tag, but you get extra points if it's stacked with any of the other keywords. Like the lace dress I found that was tagged with "goth", "steampunk", "grunge", "boho", "gypsy", "metal", "festival", and "chic".

Because books.

Today has sucked in ways that are spelled with the letters i, r, and s. I can't even.

I may eat cake until I pass out.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But doesn't it have to be in the goth tag by definition? That's what confuses.

Then again, I'm taking tumblr too seriously because I keep following links and having mini rage blackouts. This is how I prepare for the presentation in 30-45 minutes. Taking the ethnic range of dolls (see, Jilli, following everything) too seriously, and eyerolling at comments like "She looks like this chinese actor i forgot her name. OH noooo.... : (" and "Oh I know which actress you meant! She looks like Lucy Liu from Charlie's angels! Or Zhang Zhiyi from memoirs of Geisha!" too seriously because I don't know which font is the sarcasm font.

But, hey, at least I finally drew a co-worker. I haven't told him yet, but it's off my list.

Nooo, I'd eyeroll at those comments too.

The goth tag is the default starting point? It's the other keywords that pile on the ridiculousness? (I swear I'm not entirely being a cranky ElderGoth purist about this, but seeing "goth", "steampunk", and "grunge" all on the same item makes me hiss.)

Right--so why does the bingo card have a goth square? The whole card assumes the goth tag. I feel really dense right now...it would make sense if it was the centre square which is often/sometimes a gimme, but it's first row, fourth column.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

This morning's commute sucked royally. Took twice as long as usual to get to work.

Also, no food trucks near me, alas.

Oh, I get it. If I was the one who had designed the bingo card, I wouldn't have included the goth square, or I would have put it in the center spot. But I was laaaaazy and asked the interwebs to do it, so the result was funny, but not spot-on.

WEBSOURCING IS FULL OF FLAWS.

Originally I said it was full of CLAWS, but that would be fine.

I just followed the instructions and joined the Director's meeting fifteen minutes early, and they threw me out. I AM SO PSYCHED FOR THIS PRESENTATION, OMG.

Uh, not.
