Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Ugh, I got rerouted to Seattle last night so instead of getting home at 11pm, I am at the airport waiting for an 8am flight. I got 3 hours of sleep and I despise everyone.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Argh, I just logged into mint.com for the first time in awhile, and ALL of my ATM withdrawals are listed as Wal-Mart/shopping. WTF?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I do not know the ways of Mint.

I hope you are home and sleeping or soon will be, Dana.

I scrolled by Downton Abbey on iTunes earlier today, I assumed it was Season 3 but I did not stop to look. I don't know if it was to buy or rent or for how much or anything, but I think it's there.

OK, today I am productive! I have moved the plants out of the greenhouse, watered the pots in the front yard, fed the birds, cleaned and filled the birdbath, watered the indoor plants, seen one load of laundry all the way through to being put away with three more in various stages of being done, and unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher. Next up - paying bills, because I can do that while sitting down and with the TV on.

Because books.

Speaking of Downton, I'm halfway through S2 and apparently I'm going to cry more than once every episode from now on. Good god.

Congratulations on the black belt, CJ! That's quite an accomplishment.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So I did tell the nurse about the road closure near me. I'm curious to see how this will turn out.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

Meara, so the DVD player didn't leave Harlan alive?(Don't make final decisions about the show till you see season 2 and Mags Bennett.) CJ, wow!

Our wings are not tired.

Congratulations to CJ! Well done.

Also well done to the Buffista mentors. Your guidance of the young can only lead to World Domination.

Skipped bunches because of crazy busier than my usual state of crazy busy. When I retire I plan to invade all the threads with all the extra time on my hands.

45 minutes late.

So, basically on time. I think I'll mention it to the UCLA coordinating nurse next time she calls. Not to the people who employ her, but just to make a note.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Round one of staining done. Unfortunately, looks like I'll need to do round 2. House is seriously stinky despite having all the windows open in the basement during the main event.
