Even Devi is still up for a good bug chase, and if there were mice, she'd be staring at the stove. She used to stare at the stove in my apartment for HOURS.

OK, crazy thing here. Can a person develop synesthesia?
Lately I'll smell things when I see pictures of them. Not always, but frequently enough that its beginning to weird me out.
The other day it happened with Makers Mark. Just now it happened with Fig Newtons.
Now, bourbon is something I adore... but newtons, while a tasty snack, are hardly a passion. Neither are twinkies or vanilla, two other things I've recently smelled upon seeing pictures of them.
I smell it just for a second. I can't make myself smell it again. Maybe I was bit by a radioactive pregnant woman.
