I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Many happy returns, tommyrot!

That wooden watch is awesome.

I can't be the only one who is a little tempted to lick Teppy in case she's made of the fun kind of acid, can I?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes!

Just chatted with Monica for over two hours. She was having a lot of issues with anxiety but she's doing better now, so she got back in contact with me. We've been spending time catching up. Who knows--we may end up back together some day.

Anyway, today was a nice, mellow b-day. Thanks again!

How can you say this when there was no cake?!

Kidding. I'm glad it was a good, and that's nice to hear about you and Monica!

I think that most of us are just sort of generally tempted to lick Teppy.

Happy birthday tommyrot! Also, nice to get in touch with people again.

So I've been feeling tired, run down and generally crappy. You know why? I've had bronchitis for 6 weeks. WHEEEE! Antibios today plus albuterol inhaler (which is less exciting than antibios). If I'm still coughing my fool head off then it will be codeine cough syrup.

I had to take the day off because Grace's nurse went to court (didn't ask, didn't tell). I could have taken her to school with me, but instead, I got an appointment with my doctor and got some meds. I also did my taxes, which is good because I will be getting money back from both state and feds.

Now if only I had also done the grades that are due tomorrow. But alas. NSM.
