Thankfully (?), working weekends and being too tired after work to go out in the evenings has minimized my germ-catching opportunities this winter. I suspect the lack of contact with children and essentially having my own private bathroom at work as well as home help too.

So, we re-listed our house for the spring selling season last Friday, it showed yesterday and today, and our realtor just emailed us to expect an offer today. !! Good offer-ma would be very welcome. I would like to come out of this real estate error with as little loss as possible.
